Hello my Loves,
I know it’s been a little minute. I’ve been struggling more than usual to verbally articulate my thoughts and speak my mind clearly in these last few weeks. So in an effort to combat this restricting energy, I’ve been doing these informal [and more lengthy] talk sessions with myself. These recordings and observations are raw and [mostly] uncut, a little weird and silly, but also insightful. I hope this mini “dump” is at least a bit as helpful to you as it was for me.
