Prepare for a Rough Landing

Here comes the uncomfortable part…the Fall before the Rise. Everyone may not survive the descent, but trust that at the other side of this is a bright new beginning. *AGARRENSE*

Recommendations:

  1. Try to remain calm at this time. Fear is a natural response to “falling”, but it will do nothing for us during cataclysmic moments that are out of our control. Instead of focusing on what is out of our hands, let us turn our attention to that which is: our breath, our words, our thoughts, our actions, or our immediate surroundings, for example.

  3. Imagine that wherever you land, that place will be a Paradise. And if where you land is far from Paradise, make it a goal in Life to turn it into One. Give in Life what you want Life to give to You.

  5. Sit with the weightlessness you feel in this moment. Imagine that, like a feather, you are floating gently to the ground. Or if you are so bold, imagine that in that weightlessness You are being carried by wings of Light that emanate from the core of your Being – from your Soul. Trust that with these wings, you will be able to fly wherever you need to go.
